Terms and Conditions
- Rates are calculated on a daily basis from car pickup to car return at the HOTEL.
- Renters must hold a valid EU or International Driving License.
- Driver must be 21+ years old, with a driver’s license held for minimum 12 months.
- In case of cancellation, a 6 day prior notice is required
- Cars will be returned at the same fuel level as on pick-up.
- Smoking in the car is prohibited

*Insurance :
- Vehicles are rented for use on public asphalted roads only.
- An insurance covers strictly driving accidents and engine malfunctions only.
- No insurance covers damages or accidents caused by driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- No insurance covers damages underneath of the car, the wheels & tyres as a result of a negligent driving, off-road driving or driving on the beach
- No insurance covers damages caused by the renters in the interior of the car.
- No insurance covers lost car keys or keys damaged due to a fall in the sea.
- No insurance covers traffic police fines.
- All rentals include Third party liability insurance.
- All rentals include CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) with an excess amount of 450 €. Credit card in the name of the driver is required as guarantee.
- Full insurance (FDW), with zero excess and no credit card guarantee, is available at an extra 9 € cost per rental-day.
